Lincoln Park's Armitage-Halsted District, in one of Chicago's most pleasant and exclusive residential/commercial enclaves, offers many examples of Queen Anne, Italianate, and Romanesque Revival architecture. The Armitage corridor extending from Racine to Clark has plentiful boutiques and fashionable restaurants, including now-legendary Charlie Trotters.
