From the neighborhood park, the control tower of Midway is easily visible. Other than stimulating its job-market economy, however, the presence of the recently expanded, hugely popular airport appears to have little effect on this sleepy settlement, separated from it as though by an invisible curtain. < The Midway Control tower (lower-right) appears as though mystically transported to the horizon of the friendly Chrysler Village community.
