A small north-side neighborhood surrounding a park of the same name, Horner Park sits somewhat sleepily along the river, a short distance north of stately tudor-revival Lane Technical High School, and not far south from Chicago's German cultural show place Lincoln Square. Horner Park is 30% hispanic, just across the river from the largely hispanic Albany Park neighborhood.
