Comfortably secluded given its proximity to the 90/94 highway, the tiny Villa district is a landmark area and an attractive reminder of early-20th Century bungalow architecture at its best. Wandering the streets of the Villa district, one will feel far distanced from the city and the busy Irving Park<\A> neighborhood immediately to its west; every building has something interesting to recommend it, and the thick canopy of trees makes the Villa seem as much a park as a neighborhood.
